Q: How do I sign up for an account with abiferrin.com?
A: Click on log in, in the top right hand corner of the home page, and register your contact and customer information. You can also enter your email address from the home page and click Join Now to subscribe to our mailing list. You will begin to receive exclusive offers and new product announcements from Abiferrin.com. Your information will never be shared with a third party.

Q: I'm already a registered member of Abiferrin.com. How do I sign into My Account?
A: Click on log in, in the top right hand corner of the home page, and enter your username and password.

Q: I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?
A: Click on log in, in the top right hand corner of the home page, select “Lost Password” and enter your email address on the following screen. Click on the "Submit" button. Your password will be sent to you at your email address.

Shopping

Q: Can I speak with an abiferrin.com Customer Service Representative?
A: We prefer that you email all inquiries to customerservice@abiferrin.com. Please include your Name, email & phone number, so that we may contact you. If applicable, please include your order number relating to your inquiry. A member of our staff will contact you as soon as possible.

Please note that Customer Service Representatives are unavailable on weekends and federal holidays.

Q: How do I know what size to order?

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Abiferrin.com accepts all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Abiferrin.com also accepts money orders and cashier's checks by advanced payment only.

Q: Is it safe to provide my credit card information?
A: Absolutely! When you choose Abiferrin.com, you are protected against credit card fraud. Your credit card information is encrypted so it can't be read by anyone but authorized Abiferrin.com Customer Service Representatives.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Abiferrin.com charges 8.25% sales tax to Texas residents. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.

Q: Will I receive confirmation once my order is processed?
A: Check your e-mail for an order confirmation. The e-mail will include an order number for your records. Remember to change your e-mail settings to accept all e-mails from Abiferrin.com.
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock, we will notify you with a separate e-mail or phone call. You will only be billed for items that are shipped.

Q: How can I modify my order?
A: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications to the order, including cancellations.

Q: What are the guidelines for promotion codes?
A: Promotion codes are valid on regular-priced merchandise. Promotion codes are not valid on sale merchandise or previous purchases.

If you ordered multiple products, we may ship them in separate boxes (at no extra cost to you) to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Q: What carriers are used for shipping?
A: Abiferrin.com uses UPS for domestic shipments. UPS is unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as PO Boxes. UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Q: What are the requirements for free shipping?
A: Abiferrin.com offers FREE UPS Ground shipping on domestic orders over $2,000. See shipping table below for details.

Q: What is the cost of shipping for my order?
A: Domestic orders are shipped via UPS. Use the shipping table below to calculate shipping costs. Please note that we only ship via UPS ground. If you require expedited delivery, please contact us at customerservice@abiferrin.com (please include your order number).

To protect our customers from potential credit card fraud, all orders with different shipping and billing addresses will need to be confirmed in writing. You will be emailed a confirmation form upon placement of your order that will need to be signed with a copy of your credit card and driver’s license then faxed back to our office.

Q: Do you have any shipping restrictions?
A: Yes.
• Delivery is unavailable on Saturday, Sunday and federal holidays.
• UPS is unable to deliver to APO/FPO and PO Boxes. A valid street address is required for prompt delivery.

Q: Will I receive confirmation that my order has been shipped?
A: You will receive an e-mail confirming your merchandise has been shipped. Remember to change your e-mail settings to accept all e-mails from Abiferrin.com.

Returns

Q: What is Abiferrin.com's return policy?
A: Abiferrin.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept regular-priced merchandise for exchange or store credit only as long as it meets the following criteria:
1. Merchandise is in original condition and has not been worn, altered or washed.
2. Merchandise has all original tags attached.
3. Package is postmarked for return within 14 days of original receipt of package.
4. Return instructions, included with shipped merchandise, are followed precisely.
5. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
6. Return authorization forms must accompany your return or it will be rejected.
7. Sale-priced merchandise are final sales.

Q: What is Abiferrin.com's return procedure?
A: Please email returns@abiferrin.com for a return authorization form. Please be sure to include your name, address, phone number, email and original order number. Please also indicate which items you plan to return or exchange. A return authorization form will be emailed to you with further instructions on how to return your merchandise. Please include a copy of this form with your return. Once we receive your return package, we will promptly send out the exchange merchandise or email you with your store credit information. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that it may take up to 7 - 10 business days for your financial institution to post the transaction.

Returning Your Item
• Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box.
• Complete the Return Authorization form that was emailed to you. Include the completed form inside the box.
• Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice.
• Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.

Once we receive your package, we will promptly process the exchange as requested. If we have any questions regarding the exchange, we will contact you by phone or email. We will notify you via e-mail once your exchange has been processed.

Exchanging Your Item
• Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box.
• Complete the Exchange section of the Return Authorization form that was emailed to you. Include the completed form inside the box.
• Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice.
• Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new order by UPS Ground at no additional cost. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment tracking number when your new order is shipped.
• Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your exchange has been processed.

What information does Abiferrin.com collect? How is it used?
We collect the domain name of e-mail addresses of visitors to our site and aggregate (not personally identifiable) information on what pages visitors access. We use this information to monitor the use of the site and to improve its performance and usefulness. We also collect information you volunteer, such as survey responses, comments, purchasing and billing information, and your requests.

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

You may update or change information related to your account by updating your profile which is accessible via the home page once you are logged in. Yes, we do use cookies, but we do not overuse them! We use cookies to enhance your shopping and browsing experience. The text in a cookie, by itself, only tells us that you have visited Abiferrin.com before. It does not store any personal information such as your name, e-mail address, street address or phone number. Cookies are also used to maintain your shopping basket. All data contained in the shopping basked is kept on our server and not in the cookie your machine is assigned.
